Hi, I’m Christian Shaboo — a coach, consultant, speaker, writer and strategist passionate about helping people and organizations create meaningful impact.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led national initiatives, coached thousands of young leaders, partnered with major foundations, and supported schools, nonprofits, and institutions in building cultures rooted in equity, innovation, and wellness.
My work blends creative facilitation, operational strategy, and deep community engagement — all fueled by grounded, optimistic energy and a belief that lasting change starts from within.
